VenueThe conference will take
place in a hotel in Berlin Mitte and the
Foreign Office.
The invitations as well as the registration and reservation forms will
be sent in due time to the conference participants by the
organisers.Preparation of the conference
The conference in Berlin is prepared by the
Bologna follow-up group and the Bologna preparatory-group.
The Members of the Bologna follow-up group are
representatives of all
signatory countries
and the
European Commission.
Participants of the Bologna preparatory-group
are, apart from the hosting countries of the previous and next ministerial
meetings, representatives of the countries of the acting, previous and
succeeding EU Presidency (EU-Troika). Besides, the European Commission and
representatives of two non-EU members belong to the preparatory-group which
is chaired by Germany as host country.
In both groups, the
Council of Europe,
the European University Association (EUA),
the European Association of Institutions in Higher Education (EURASHE)
and the National Unions of Students in Europe
(ESIB) take part in as observers.Organisation of the conference
