Comparative analysis of selected statements on the European Higher Education Area, based on the Bologna Declaration and the Prague Communiqué

This analysis has been undertaken by the German project group for the preparation of the Berlin Summit on Higher Education. The authors do not make any claim for completeness and would welcome any information on additional existing statements. The list of objectives has been established on the basis of the Bologna declaration (first six objectives) and the Prague Communiqué.

Explanation of the marks:

0 = no comment
1 = rejection
2 = strong reservations, but no rejection
3 = approval with certain reservations
4 = full approval
